I specialize in working with individuals navigating chronic health conditions, neurodiversity, and the demands of caring for others. I help women managing a high mental load use practical executive functioning strategies to make their time, energy, and responsibilities feel more sustainable.

My approach is shaped by layered expertise: as a learning specialist, an ADHD and executive functioning coach, a certified health coach, and a mother in the trenches.
